Hi, I'm Kirsten
I'm a International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Childbirth Educator aiming to guide and support women through their births, breastfeeding journey and beyond. I have five plus years experience as a labor and postpartum nurse, and inpatient/outpatient lactation consultant. I have six years personal breastfeeding experience and have given birth both in hospital and at home. I'm striving to empower mamas by reminding them just how capable they truly are, instilling knowledge and confidence throughout their journey of motherhood.
